Headlouse is Head of Security for The Weevil Legion and military commander directly under The Exalted Grandragonfly. He is known and feared for his tendency to shoot first and ask questions later.

He feels cheated for being born short and ugly and is very bitter about it. Sometimes this is displayed in the zealous application of torture he employs in his pursuit of "the right answer", not necessarily the truth. He is constantly trying to prove himself to his boss.
